This month on the Eurasia Community blog, we’re featuring stories from India, but first, we wanted to present you with an opportunity to come and be a hands-on part of the work we’re doing there.

The best time to come and visit India is in October.

The weather is cooler, the monsoon rains have refreshed all of the greenery, and the Himalayan Mountains tend to peek out from the clouds more often, a beautiful sight to see for sure!

That’s why we want to make sure you know about the Live Dead India Fall Internship.

It’s three weeks long, from October 3-24.

The deadline to apply is July 6th, and the price is $2500 (plus airfare).

In the fall program, interns are assigned to work with a Live Dead team in either an urban or a rural location. We work with each intern individually to find the right team placement for them, matching their talents and abilities with the focus of our LD teams. We have a variety of work going on throughout India, from sports coaching to coffee shops, fitness gyms to tea houses and art studios; you’re sure to find somewhere to let your talents and abilities soar.

Our goal is always to build relationships with the lost around us, and share the good news with them individually. We also work to develop interns on a personal level through devotional times and book studies together as a team. We meet one on one with interns during the program to evaluate their progress, and work to create an overall encouraging atmosphere
