Here at Eurasia Community, we absolutely believe that prayer changes things. It’s why we suggest ways for you to pray for what we’re doing in different parts of Eurasia each month. It’s why we challenged you to pray for Muslims during the first week of Ramadan. It’s why we are putting together a book just to help you know how pray for Eurasia. (More about this coming soon!)
But if you’re anything like me, sometimes it’s hard to remember to pray for needs that aren’t literally in front of you.
When I’m sick, or a friend is in need, or I’m facing a decision I can’t make without God’s wisdom, it’s easy to remember to bring those things before the Lord. But to pray for people on the other side of the world, whom I’ve never met, both sincerely, and on a regular basis? That can be difficult.
That’s where Pray4Eurasia prayer communities come in.
We live in a world that is full of distractions, thanks to the technology available to us, but that same technology can be harnesses to help us remember the important things, like to pray for the needs in Eurasia.
Over at Prayer4Euraisa, you can finding real-time interactive information about the needs in almost every nation that comprises the Eurasia region. And when you find a particular community that really tugs on your heart, you can sign up to be a part of the Facebook group for that community, so that you get regular notifications about prayer needs in that county.
Can you imagine if the notifications on your phone didn’t just tell you that your new photo on Instagram got 10 likes, but could remind you to stop and pray for lost in India?
