You are a part of the Eurasia Community.
If you’ve been reading this blog for very long, you already know that.
But in case you didn’t know, whatever part you play in helping us realize our big dream matters, no matter what it is. But it’s the first day of th e New Year, and if you’re anything like most people, you’re thinking of things you want to change, or do better in 2018.
Why not get more involved in the Eurasia Community this year?
Why not make that one of your New Year’s Resolutions?
Here are some things you can do in 2018 to help us see more churches planted among unreached people groups throughout Eurasia.
Pray
This is the first and most important thing anyone can do as a part of the Eurasia Community. Never underestimate the power of prayer. James 5:16 says that “the prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.” If you will commit yourself to praying for Eurasia in 2018, only God knows what amazing things could happen. And if you’re not sure where to start, we have tons of great resources for you here and here.
Advocate
If you’re already praying for Eurasia, the next thing you can do is use your influence to get more people involved in the Eurasia Community.
Share our blog posts or Facebook posts with your friends. Follow us on Instagram. Interact with us online, and invite others to do the same.
You never know how God might use you to influence someone He’s chosen to come to Eurasia.
Give
None of the work that we do in Eurasia would be possible without the generosity and faithfulness of financial partners.
No matter what amount you are able to give, it can help. Just like small seeds that are planted, and yet produce plentiful fruit, a small gift that purchases a couple of Bibles or a meal for someone in need can have far-reaching impact for the kingdom of God.
Go
Suppose you’re already faithful in praying, advocating, and giving towards the work in Eurasia. What else can you do?
Is it possible that God is calling you to go to Euraisa, whether for a short-term trip, or for a long-term carreer? Could 2018 be the year that you finally come and see firsthand the work we are doing among unreached people groups?
