We’ve been sharing with you this month about some of the stories that are coming from the Russia area lately.
While there is still a great need for a gospel witness in this part of the world, God is doing new things and opening doors for the gospel in exciting ways.
So we want to make sure you know about a couple of upcoming opportunities for you to come to Russia yourself and see with your own eyes what God is doing.
The first opportunity is to come for just a couple short weeks and experience Russia on a vision and prayer trip. You would come as a part of a team and spend an entier week of intensive prayer and intercession. In essence, you would have the opportunity to not only witness the places and people you are praying for, but to actively saturate an area with prayer and even wage Spiritual warfare.
No great work of God is seen or done without a lot of prayer. Prayer lays the foundation for the workers on the field in the Spiritual realm and pushes back the strongholds of the enemy. So if you only have a short time to give, but really want to be a part of what God is doing in Russia, this trip is for you!
The other trip we want to highlight is a little bit longer of a commitment. This would be a short-term, one- to two-year assignment to make disciples among university students while you come and study Russian at a local university. This a great opportunity to proclaim the name of Jesus where the hope he offers is desperately needed.
