What do you know about Latvia?
I’ll be honest – I had to look at a map to even know where it was.
I knew it was in Eurasia Northwest somewhere, but I couldn’t have told you that it was west of Russia and south of Estonia and Finland.
Latvia is not a huge country. They were hit hard by the economic downturn in 2007 and 2008. But with some recent developments in economy and construction, things may be looking up for this tiny nation, at least from the world’s standpoint.
But we currently have no workers on the field in Latvia (or even on their way there.)
If you’ve been reading this blog for very long, you know that our whole purpose here is to see church planting movements realized among every people group in Eurasia.
We can’t do that without boots on the ground.
Would you join us in praying that God would raise up a church-planting team to go to Latvia, learn the language, and establish a church there? And if you have thought about coming to Eurasia in the past, would you prayerfully consider if Latvia might be where God would have you go?
Thanks so much for being a part of this community.
It takes every one of us – our prayers, our financial gifts, our advocacy, and our going—to see this kingdom work accomplished in Eurasia. We couldn’t do this without you.
